The founders of this company spent 5 years living in Ukraine.   There was so much to experience and discover.  It was a truly extraordinary time and one that we'll never forget.  When you live in a country you find out about the hidden treasures, that make that country unique.   There is so much to discover about Ukraine.  From its Byzantine spires to its Scythian treasures to the Stone Grave, which makes Stonehenge look small by comparison.  What Ukrainians are known for is their hospitality, their spirit, their love of dancing, singing  and celebrations.

Our dream was to have an entire suite of Ukrainian products at liquor stores across Canada.  Products that truly represented the best of Ukraine.

Zirkova is produced by the Zlatagor vodka distillery in central Ukraine.  Established in 1896, this is one of the oldest and best vodka makers in the country. 

The distillery has won numerous awards, including the gold medal for best vodka at Ukraine’s largest beverages competition in 2005.

Golden in colour, it has a dry, slightly hoppy flavour and a crisp, clean finish.  Established in 1715, Lvivska is one of the oldest, most storied breweries in Europe.  For three centuries, the Lvivska brewery has produced some of the finest brews in the region.  

Lvivske won the Gold Medal at the 2005 Beer Competition at the Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, the largest beverages show in Canada. 

Lvivske (pronounced Le-veev’-ske) means ‘from Lviv’. Lviv is one of Europe’s most beautiful cities and its entire centre has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
